Following on from the popularity and success of last years Maldives surf retreat, we are excited to announce another 4 dates for 2024 in the idyllic, surfing paradise – based at Ayada Resort.
In this premium, intimate retreat with Kale, surfers will enjoy an abundance of perfect waves within a short boat ride from our resort.
The Southern Atolls are famous for its isolated location and offer up a large variety of intermediate to low advanced waves, providing the perfect canvas for our retreat and progressions!
Our schedule is flexible to maximise alignment with the best waves, however here is a general outline of a typical coaching day;

This retreat is perfect for those surfers who are performing intermediate level manoeuvres on a wave face yet feel they have plateaued in their abilities.
By working closely together with Kale throughout the entire week, surfers will be able to identify the patterns or sub-optimal techniques holding them back and begin to optimise them for better surfing. Utilising The Surfer’s Roadmap curriculum and a fun and friendly approach, Kale will unlock years of progression in this retreat.
Whilst on the trip, every surfing session you have will be filmed.
Situated in the Dhaalu Atoll in the South of the Maldives, Ayada Resort is surrounded by beautiful horizons and uncrowded waves.
The resort itself boast a range of accommodation option (from Garden Villas to Over Water Suites), numerous restaurants and an award winning Spa for your post surf relaxation.
When you’re not busy in the waves enjoy some stunning snorkelling off the beach, chill beneath the palm trees or enjoy a range of day trips and activities on offer.

After your application has been reviewed, we’ll send you some options for accomodation type, board options (half or full) and provide you a personalised quote based on your preferences.
If successful, we’ll reach out to secure your spot on retreat. This will be via a 10% deposit that will be due within 2 weeks of accepting your spot.
After all of our spots are allocated, we’ll be in touch with the finer details and arrange a face to face (Zoom meeting) with Kale prior to the retreat.
This is a great opportunity to meet fellow surfers and ask any burning questions.
Your final payment will be due 60 days before the retreat. However, if you want to pay this off beforehand or in instalments that’s no worries either

Once payments are complete, and you have arranged your own travel itinerary – you’ll be ready to unlock months of surf progression with Kale.
