Well, this 12 week Bali Surf Instructor Course is packed full of waves, adventure, and experienced instructors who will get you more than prepared for life as a surf instructor.
Based across 3 locations this Bali Surf Instructor Course is as much a surf adventure as a training programme – so get ready for some serious tropical vibes, pumping waves, and epic coaching.
You’ll go through a structured programme of both land and water based lessons and gain confidence in the waves, learning about the ocean, the sport and taking the leap into a lifestyle that, with no doubt, will change how you see the world.

Your professional instructors will help push you in a supported and safe environment, allowing you to increase your fitness and ocean knowledge. Starting from the very basics of learning to “pop” and ride the white wash you’ll soon progress to riding unbroken waves, learning about ocean safety and become a confident and competent surfer.
Over the 3 month period, you will set yourself personal challenges, tackling bigger waves, a variety of surf breaks and get your paddle power sorted.
Kick off your course in the hipster, surfing hotspot of Canggu where you’ll settle into Indo life, hit the waves and also enjoy a relaxing massage after your flight.
You’ll also loop back to Canggu at the end of the course to complete your ASI Level 1 and Surf Lifesaving modules so you can go off and live the dream!
Dreamy, empty lineups in Red Island, Java – the neighboring island to the West of Bali. Perfect for pushing your surf skills to the next level and you also get the option to head to the famous G-Land too!
Finally, the island of Nusa Lembongan – where you’ll put your new skills to the test and step it up a notch on the friendly reef breaks, snorkel with manta rays, and soak up some of the most incredible sunsets.
Throughout your 12 weeks you’ll be staying at some incredible accommodation options – all with easy access to the waves and in stunning locations.
Your Canggu base is right in amongst the action – and just a short walk to the beach, bars and heaps of restaurants too. Enjoy modern, A/C dorm style accommodation, complete with a super inviting pool too. It’s a sanctuary in amongst the hustle and bustle of Balis favourite surf town
When it comes to Red Island the paces slows right down and your chilled out surf camp accommodation is a stones throw from the beach and you can even check the surf from the outdoor pool too!
Lembongan is always a favourite – with infinity pool overlooking the bay and even an oceanfront bar and restaurant too.

Just came back from a 3 months surf instructor course in Bali and it was the best time ever and a real boost to my surfing progression!
I initially booked for the surf instructor course in Morocco but for some reasons outside of Stoked Surf Adventures’ control I had to reschedule my trip, so I decided to change and go to Indonesia.
They made everything to make sure I could have a good deal and so it was!

Great surfhouse, great food with different options (vegetarian, vegan). Friendly staff and surf instructors. Definetely will come back to one of the surfhouses! 🧡🤙🏼
The place has a great atmosphere, the staff is super nice and helpful, the rooms are spacious and get cleaned every day. The pool is nice, breakfast is delicious and the surfing and yoga was exactly how I wanted it to be. There is seriously not a single thing to complain about.

Was the best thing I could do 🙂 I travelled alone but it felt like being at home! The best team of surf instructors and perfect crew in the house. Very clean rooms and delicious breakfast. I enjoyed every minute and will go back for sure!
