For those with little or no surf experience your experienced and certified surf instructors will help you get to grips with all the skills needed to enjoy this incredible part of the world – from perfecting your pop and paddle techniques to in water safety.
For those who are already up and riding you’ll receive in-water coaching and theory that will take your surfing to the next level.
Beginning in the bustling town of Ahanghama in the South West of the country, you’ll experience some of the coasts best waves from your base in this bustling fishing village.
When you’re not busy in amongst the waves explore some of the amazing local markets or tuck into some of the incredible local cuisine that Sri Lanka is fast becoming famous for.
Then it’s onto Arugam Bay – the most famous surf spot in Sri Lanka and home to some world-class right-hand points where you can really put your new surf skills to the test.
Soak up the views on the scenic drive through the beautiful Sri Lankan countryside en route – and keep an eye out for the local elephants chilling as you drive by!
Alongside the amazing waves in Arugam Bay, you’ll also enjoy yoga sessions, explore the Yala National Park, and some local excursions – allowing you to see a little more of what makes this part of Sri Lanka so special.
After 3 weeks filled with waves and beach time, your final week will be spent discovering a bit more of Sri Lanka – heading inland through Ella, Adams Peak, and the famous town of Kandy where you’ll experience heaps of Sri Lankan culture, wander through ancient temples and even climb the 5,000 foot Sri Pada Pilgrimage.
It’s the perfect way to finish an incredible 4-week surf trip in Sri Lanka – one which combines waves, culture, and adventure.

Spend the final week traveling the Hill Country through Ella, Kandy and Adams Peak, visiting tea plantations, monesteries, temples, climbing the famous 5,000ft Sri Pada pilgrimage.
On your final night, we will all still be aching from climbing all 5,500 steps at Adam’s Peak so a big Sri Lankan curry will be much needed, followed by a couple of cold Lion Beers! The team will then take you to the airport for the final farewell.
